Question: How to apply for the visa to Danang, Vietnam ?

Hi, We are interested in going to Da Nang. Is it easier to transport via Hanoi or HoChiMing city?

Will we be going through immigration directly at Da Nang or do we process through one of the other 2 cities? So, our visa should say Da Nang or otherwise?
We will be traveling to other Asian countries before we get to Vietnam, does this affect how we apply for the visa?

Question: Visa on line date is for arrival May 8, 2014. We arrive May 7. 2014.

Do we have to apply for an extension or change of date. Our letter for Visa on Arrival gives the date May 8.2014. But our airline ticket is bought and we will arrive May 7.2014. Please advise if I need to come to the embassy to have this date changed.

I am a british with a UK passport. I want to apply for a visa to Vietnam from Thailand. I am normally in Thailand each month on a normal 30 day tourist visa. What visa options are available for a multi entry visa to Vietnam that I can apply for from Thailand? Question: Apply visa to Indochina ?

Hi I winder if you can advise me please. We hope to go to the Far East in 2015, back packing for 6 months. We will leave the UK in February and spend some time in Australia, then go onto Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and possibly Laos. We plan to fly from the UK to Australia, then from Australia to Singapore, travelling through the countries by rail, bus or some internal flights, then probably leaving from Bangkok or similar. As we will not be flying into Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh airport how do we obtain a visa for Vietnam and does this also include Cambodia? The plan is to spend approx a month in each country, but when there our plans may change so that we spend longer in some countries and less in others. Can you advise us what the best visa is, how we go about getting one and the cost please? We want this trip to be a relaxed cultural adventure where we can stay a bit longer than planned in one place if we feel like it, not rushed and having to move on within 30 days if we haven’t seen/done everything we wanted.

As I will need visa’s for 5 – 7 countries prior to travel and we don’t know exact dates for arrival or departure in any countries other than Australia, how will this work to our benefit? And will I need to send our passports away?

Question: Visa in Vietnam for Icelander

I am coming to Vietnam later this month through Cambodia by land. I am not at my home country Iceland but travelling at the moment. I will be in Bangkok on the Friday 14th of March and the weekend (but you will probably be closed). Is there a fast service I could get o get Vietnam visa in one day? I am willing to pay extra fee for faster service since it might be my only chance to get the visa in Bangkok.
