There are 2 types of fees you need to pay to get a Vietnam visa including the service fee (paid online) and Visa stamping fee (paid in cash at Vietnam airports)

Vietnam Visa Service fee (pay online)
Applicants have to pay us service fee in advance through one of our payment options to obtain the visa approval letter/ visa code in the next 2 working days. However, they may also choose Rush visa to speed up the process and get it done within 24 working hours (urgent) or 4 – 8 working hours (super urgent). Check out this table above.
Vietnam Visa Stamp fee (governmental official fee)
Vietnam visa on arrival: You will pay this stamping fee at the Vietnam airport to get your passport stamped. Your approval letter will be considered to be a legal evidence admitting your entry to Vietnam by Vietnam Immigration Department.
Currencies accepted: The Immigration Officer prefer getting paid by US dollar (in cash). Besides US dollars, you can pay by other strong currencies (RMB, Australian dollars, HongKong dollars, Euros, etc). However, the exchange rate set at Immigration Checking Point is normally 5-10% higher than quotation by banks. Therefore, you should consider which currency suits you most.

Processing Time (We process your application based on Vietnam local time: GMT+7)
- Standard processing: the result will be sent back to you within 2 working days from the time we process your application
- Urgent 8 working hours: plus 10 USD
If your online application is submitted before 08:00 am in Vietnam (GMT +7) and is approved, the Letter of Approval will be sent to you by 06:00 pm on the same day. - Urgent 4 working hours: plus 20 USD
+ Morning: If your online application is submitted before 08:00 am in Vietnam (GMT +7) and approved, the Letter of Approval will be sent to you by 2:30 pm on the same day.
+ Afternoon: If your online application is submitted before 09:30 am in Vietnam (GMT +7) and approved, the Letter of Approval will be sent to you by 6:00 pm on the same day.
Working hours to apply visa are from 08:00 - 10:30 and 14:00 - 16:00 during weekday from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays.
