Question: Visa application for Australian
Good morning
We have a group of 15 students and 3 teachers travelling to Vietnam leaving here on 18 September and returning on 28 September. They will be on a school tour organised through Trekset.
We would like to arrange for the students’ and teachers’ visas prior to them departing. I would also like to query the cost of each visa and how we could make payment. Would you please respond to my email as soon as possible. Thank you.

Thank you for your email.
We would like to clarify that there are two common ways to apply visa to Vietnam as follows.
1. Apply Vietnam Visa at Vietnam Embassies/Consulates (effective for all citizens and all borders in Vietnam including airports, land or sea): You go to the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate aboard to apply the visa in person. Kindly contact them for detail requirement of each nationality in advance. Please visit here to find the nearest Embassy or Consulate of Vietnam.
2. Apply Vietnam Visa on Arrival with VietnamvisaAgency.com (applicable for air travellers only): If you do not wish to go to the embassy to apply visa in person, you can consider visa on arrival. It takes 1- 2 working days to proceed your visa application only. To learn more about visa on arrival, please visit here.
Also all applicants are Australian passport holders, aren't you? The nationality information is very indispensable. If the applicants' nationality is listed on our website, Vietnam visa on arrival is surely availabe for them. While nationality is NOT listed, the visa procedure is more complex.
