Question: What is the procedure and what it takes for a visa?
Respected, I am citizen of Republic of Serbia and I plan business trip to Vietnam from 27.7.2017 to 29.7.2017. So I want to know what is the procedure and what it takes for a visa? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Thank you for contacting us.
We would like to inform that Serbian passport holders are able to apply for Vietnam visa on arrival (air traveller only). Normally, Tourist visa can be used for short meeting or conference while Business visa request you to have business partner in Vietnam to provide various legislation documents (processing time: 7 working days).
Additionally, it takes up to 2 working days to process your visa application (Tourist) and once it is approved by Vietnam Immigration Department, a visa approval letter will be sent to you via email. With this letter, you will be able to fly to Vietnam and get your official visa stamped at any Vietnam international airports. Please note that there are 02 types of fee: Processing fee (will be paid in advance for us) and Stamping fee (will be paid directly at Vietnam international airport)
Kindly send us the scan or photo of your passport and your earliest arrival date so that we can support further; 1 month single entry visa would be suitable for your itinerary.
