Dear Mr Jaylevie Tan,
Thank you for your email.
We would like to inform you that under the new immigration law which took effect from 1st Jan 2015, foreigners who have business visa and wish to extend their visa must be guaranteed by their company in Vietnam. Please ask your company in Vietnam to help you to extend your visa. Otherwise, we are afraid that you must move out of Vietnam, then apply for a new visa and come back to our country.
Should you need further support, feel free to contact us.
