Question: Can i change my arrival date ?
hello, i send warm greetings from ghana to you. can i change my arrival date, after i had received the government process (visa document) from your agency? due to flights delayance or concelations. thank you.

Dear Hilary,
Thank you for your email.
This is to inform that if your visa application is approved by Immigration Department and the visa letter is issued, you can arrive later than the arrival date applied but not sooner. The visa validity is unchanged.
Please confirm if you applied visa with us before since we have double checked our booking system with your email but have not found your booking
