Câu hỏi: Approval letter – to pay in cash?
Dear sir/madam,
I have one question, as I have some problems with online payment, is it possible to come to your office and get approval letter from you directly and pay in cash?
I`m in Hanoi now but I will go to Hong Kong next weekend, so I need a visa to come back.
Should I send you all the passport and flight details here or to bring it in your office?

We would like to confirm that you can go directly to our office to make payment in cash for the processing fee of your visa application. The result will then be sent back to you via email within 2 working days so you do not need to pass by our office again to collect it.
We also confirm that we already have your information as you have booked with us before, so you only need to provide us your new arrival date as well as the type of visa you wish to ứng dụng for this time for further support.
