Answer

Dear Erica Hoo,

Thank you for contacting us.

Vietnam visa is NOT REQUIRED for Japanese passport holder for their stay of up to 15 days in Vietnam (you are Vietnam visa exempted for 15 days for each entry).

We would like to inform that if the time travel distance is over than 15 days, your boss still need to apply for a visa.

If your boss travel by air to Vietnam, she can surely apply for Visa on Arrival. Kindly provide us your boss's passport scan, exact type of visa (single/multiple - 01/03 months) and confirm us her arrival date for the visa procedure.

Kindly consider and let us know your opinion.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,
