Question: What is the best way to get visa?

Dear Sir:

My son,who is Russian citizen, permanently living in Mongolia, traveling to Vietnam to attend children’s camp in July for 17 days.
What is the best way to get visa?
My understanding is Russian citizens don’t need visa for 15 days. Is is possible to get visa for 2 days upon arrival? Or it is better to get it from Mongolia?

Question: Approval letter – to pay in cash?

Dear sir/madam,

I have one question, as I have some problems with online payment, is it possible to come to your office and get approval letter from you directly and pay in cash?

I`m  in Hanoi now but I will go to Hong Kong next weekend, so I need a visa to come back.
