Im chinese and often go to vietnum, i found this site and coast lower than when i apply visa in china to traveling company , so my question is does chinese can apply visa here ?

We would like to inform you that due to an agreement between Vietnamese and Chinese Government, Vietnam visa on arrival is only available for Chinese passport holders who not flying from China Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao. Andernfalls, you must apply Vietnam visa from Vietnamese representative offices in China.
